Payment Process

​

• All Paints Lab products are handcrafted, and therefore all orders are prepaid.

• We currently do not offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

• Payments can be made via UPI (Google Pay, Paytm, PhonePe).

Order Processing & Delivery

​

• Once an order is placed, it will be delivered within 7–9 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

• For bulk orders (10 pieces or more), orders must be placed 15–20 days in advance.

• Urgent orders may be accepted based on availability, and additional charges may apply.

Cancellation, Refund & Exchange Policy

​

• As all products are made to order and handcrafted, cancellations or refunds are not possible once production has begun.

• Exchanges are accepted only if the product is damaged during transit.

• To be eligible for an exchange, an unboxing video is mandatory, clearly showing the package being opened and the damaged/broken product visible during the unboxing process.

• Requests without a valid unboxing video will not be considered.
